change in shareholdings announcment

Well very interesting to say the least.

I've never heard of "B-29 Investments ,LP" before and so I went to review the company Top 20 list on the Antares web site which is dated 30 November.

They don't show up on that list either.

Now, given that this is a USA outfit, the shares may have been held by one of the "Nominees" in the Top 20 either HSBC or Citicorp as AZZ also trades on the OTC pink sheets in the USA as AZZEF.pk..........

So if the above is correct, and I'm not sure it is and please correct me if I'm wrong, here we have a perfect example of how a substantial holder's identity can be hidden under the "nominee" system...............
