"UBS Nominees" is usually UBS simply acting on behalf of a client.....The client doesn't have a HIN and all their stock sits under a nominee structure with UBS..

The shares simply would have been transferred on market from the clients UBS account to Aus Style account..

Or UBS were buying up on market on behalf on Aus Style, then did an on market transferr.

The stock is simply shuffling hands...

On another note Karen Penrose resigned today....I wonder what was behind that decision...Someone want to give her a buzz and find out? Initially I was a little worried but obviously someone has something cooking behind the scenes....
