Me think PS may have been a tool to buy on market cheaper for a couple of groups. The amount of time he spent in spinning on Range...no body does that stuff for nothing...in particular share traders (sorry for being general).....in the same bucket as doctors and lawyers.
That fax thing of sub holdings, gee if the was not an obvious attempt to hide accumulation. small font and skewed for aliasing.
