    Thats the first time I have seen them declare in the header who the change is holding was about.

    Normally it's just "Change in substantial holding".

    Is it PLA that call the shots on wording of that announcement? if so what are they trying to say by going out of there way to point out that it is JP Morgan that has been selling?

    To clarify I know the that they have to declare the change in holdings, it is the header that surprised me.
