How many blue chips offer the stability (post past and "claimed" future) growth in eps of 7%-10%?
Banks have demonstrated their bottom line is relatively immune from external "shock" factors, and have the pricing power to protect their bottom line.
To most, banks represent a boring, yet a high yielding and predictable long term growth investment - perfect for DIY super funds and those who want to sleep at night.
