Not much of a point in this info. Morgan Stanley have not sold any compared to previous holding. Just a dilution as first lot of new shares issued to "SOPHOS". When they take up 1 for 4 shares again this will change. If they don't take up then that would be a worry. Because it shows no confidence in putting in more money. I am sure they will take it up. Particularly as it comes with an option attached for free.
