yes, ive seen that happen a few times this week.
we have no seen a nice long green candle for some time. like you said they may be waiting for that nasdaq burn (or 2) to make their final bolt. dunno, but it does make sense. MUFG, the owners on Sentier are painfully annoying shorters.
