My 'For the record' was also for the benefit of the forum.

NST, MML & IDC are among the best gold local stocks to own IMO and like BR, am invested in all 3. Also like BR, am showing a paper loss on all 3.

At the end of the day it is speculative to contemplate why BR sells a bit of this and buys a bit of that, unless facts are presented. I am only looking at the facts that are at hand, & anything other than that is not worth reading into too much IMO.

Assuming BR has finished selling IDC (and I didn't see any 1mil unit orders go through in the latter half of the week), the pressure on the sell side should start to dissipate as we are also oversold on a technical basis, especially when you overlap the chart with other key goldies in the sector. And IMO some of these other companies are in a far worse position than IDC, fundamentally speaking.

Despite the BR and bot action, there were signs of SP strength in the latter half of last week when we kept bouncing off the 3s and closing in the 4s. i.e. looks like a base might be forming in concert with a bullish shaped candlestick that has crystalised on the weekly chart.

We'll just to wait & see eh.
