According to an article in the Australian Fin Review (Blue Sky) - both GR and ACM have been on site and are keen on building a tunnel to access the high grade ore zones as quickly as possible. This would allow drilling from underground at a substantial cost saving to IDC.
Interests associated with both GR and ACM are thought to have been buying up IDC. The companies will potentially commit plant and equipment in exchange for project equity.
