19.9% max. He must be within a whisker. I think its important to understand that Talbot has just kept topping up regardless. I don't think he seems that worried about someone else buying after him. He is clearly investing in the company and was happy to do so at much higher prices. We have all the usual analysts reversing their opinions all over the place well after the horse has bolted. Coal is a great longer term investment imo. Its also interesting that we have the Chinese here potentially doing deals in a number of coal companies. This suggests to me that they have a view longer than their noses. good luck.
