    Can someone correct me if I am wrong. I thought that a change in holding above 5% was to be reported within 5 days yet the Form 604 announcement today quotes an average price of $2.55 which means they must have started selling at least 8 weeks ago - maybe much further back. Is this (at the very least) an infringement of the Corporations Act. A few more companies other than Barkleys today might go a long way to explaining the price of Mincor shares.
