Yes, but a substantial shareholder declaration is based on the percentage of shares you hold, hence they had to notify the reduction in percentage as it was more than one percentage point.
A director need only declare the number of shares in which she has an interest. As Maya owns no shares in her own name (at least according to the annual report), the number of shares in which she has an interest (i.e. those owned by her husband) has not changed.
And if I'm completely wrong about all of this, she has 14 days from the day her interest changed to provide a disclosure. That isn't up yet.
