I think you have to look through all the transactions. It has only been the trades in the last few days that have tipped them to a 1% change from previous notice given 2 years ago.

Interesting looking through these and there are a few smaller Van Eck funds that look to have made up a good chunk of the daily selling particularly in April and May. The one that really matters is the IIG fund and they have not been selling recently.
