oooohhhh righttt.... you think its the dilution that matters, and thats what you count as overall shareholding. weird way to look at the world.

so every time the company issues to shares to say management, or options outstanding etc, and EVERYONE"s holding is diluted a tiny bit, we shoudl could this as a panic sell by every single shareholder who's holding has gone down as a %, despite them taking no action? is that how you look at the world? what if a company does a buyback - do you now talk about every shareholder being more bullish on the company as their holding has now "increased" in your world, despite no actual buying. what a strange way to interpret activity.

shares are bought and sold at a certain price, against total number held. they have either increased their holding (which they have), or decreased their holding (which they havent). i also increased my holding, as im bullish on this company, but got diluted because of the cap raise, yet am still a NET BUYER.
