creep provisions enacted - pine tree up to 21%...can only slowly accumulate from here, interesting to see how this plays out
a) Pinetree eventually through constellation launches takeover offer?
b) another suitor has to offer a decent premium with pine tree holding a decent %
c) pinetree long term holds backing the board and execs transformation to profit and dividends
