Looking at the numbers, it looked like he did 0.937% over the first 3 days of buying, with the balance on the last day, and then issued the notice two days after that. So we may get another notice next week for his selling on Thursday and Friday onwards, once it hits another 1%....if that is how it works. I'm not actually across the percentage, but you are right about the 2 days.
