From Amcom Annual Financial Report AJA Super IW P/L was Ranked 5th largest Shareholder as at 24th September 2008
Holding 35,294.117 Ordinary Shares ie 6.55% Voting rights
Recent change of Substantial Holding Notice dated 18th Dec 2008 states as of 15th Dec 2008 their Holding is now reduced to 10,526,513 ie 1.95% Voting rights and approximate ranking of 11th largest Shareholder.
I would say the large recent transactions have been due to AJA Super IW P/L reducing some of their holding on market. Hence the shareprice will definately recover once AJA Super has completed selling as down pressure will have been removed.
