    The March Top 20 is brought out early on 25th March

    Dr. Sun sells down on 26/27th March and on an unspecified date(s) in April.

    Termination of the SiYi agreement is announced 6th April.

    The market is only advised of the change of substantial interest on 1st May.

    Take in its entirety, doesn't this sound a little less than above board?
