I spoke to Rance Dorrington a couple of months ago
about the capping of the shares, he realised the
capping was going on at the time,and I let him know
of my concerns that it could lead to us being taken
over for a pittance, he assured me at the time the
Directors would not allow that to happen, as they had
a blocking stake, that is another reason imho that
the amalgamation of EXT-KALAHARI.

The directors wont sell out for a song, they have
put to much work into this company,to let it go for a
that.

I also believe Ian Stalker has a reasonable
shareholding in EXT, he was the person involved in
the Uramin deal that got those s\hs more than
double the original offer, so I am very comfortable
if RIO, wish to take EXT over it will cost them.

Then on the other hand RIO might just take a
controlling stake, like they have with the ROSSING
Mine with the Iranian goverment.

But in saying that, Rio have made the statement
of looking to increase their landholdings in Namibia
and australia, for the reasons imho that the world
Goverments have changed their views regarding
Nuclear Power, it has already been announced by
goverments around the globe of 234 new plants to be
constructed, and that is not counting, by media
reports of another roughly 200 on the drawing board
with all this activity about to happen i believe
RIO will go for the whole deal, another reason is
BHP, it will help keep them at arms length.

As i said yesterday accumulate, accumulate,accumulate
and you will get location,location location,you will
become a very wealthy person.
