    Surprised there has been no notice of change in substantial shareholdings yet even after the 15% placement of shares.

    All substantial shareholders (> 5%) and directors should have submitted notices by now to either show increase or dilution of share holdings. This should allow us to determine if Healy participated in the placement or allowed his holding to dilute.

    Anyone know how long exactly the company has to report such info based on the Corps Law?
