    Am I reading this report correctly?

    A substantial shareholder of SXT sold 9 million shares from June 14 to Nov 14 and to my knowledge there was never a report of a change in substantial shareholding during that time. Now there is one being filed on January 22nd because this same previously substantial shareholder was given 10mm shares in this latest placement at .075?
