Who does not blame sophisticated investors running for the hills when this Coy has little to look forwards to IMHO. If market are hanging their hat on a three year wait for central to get their act into gear, they would IMHO be less than experienced sophisticated entities, would they not.
Now, in regards to mandate to reduce risk to O&G sector, this may have been the case come year beginning 2015, but in year 2016 one can expect a bottoming and strengthening of oil prices, this is supported by a myriad of commentary as read in numerous reputable news articles. However, have you not considered that folks may be selling because the short term prospectively does not look overly excitable.
Believe me, I do want to be positive about central, I am after all invested in this rotting share price, but what can I be positive about when sophisticated invcestors are telling you that they are selling as supported by new top 20.
