Yes it has been discussed before, at this stage we dont know who the operator or the JV partners are and it is quite possible there is a connection between them and and any JV arrangements.
The connection was also raised that the EFS JV and the fact we had taken on board a drilling specialist from the same area may be more than a coincidence.
Like a lot of JV arrangements you will only know after the deal has been signed off or about to be.
But it makes for a good story and is certainly plausible.
