That heading should read "Change in IGE NAME"
The company called an Extraordinary last year for a name change.
They later merged it with the General Meeting.
Resolution 1 was a name change to Regenix Group Limited
The resolution was approved but they had to lodge with ASIC within 14 days, which didn't happen.
I would assume that their market research also told them it's more difficult getting funding when "Green" is in the name. Which makes sense but I don't understand why they didn't do it, costs?
I'm starting to think that the relevant members of the board who do the day to day business are dealing across several countries/laws/finance/waste partners ect and are under stress hence the bumbled statements. Maybe they they need to drop the 19 or so planned facilities and focus only on Carroll County and Amsterdam. Even so that's a considerable task for 2 or so guys. So they need to employ some full time specialists for the workload, but that takes money of course which leads it back to finance. You would think that would be the major focus.
