@tc1x1 - Yes, delivery IS needed - but you know the definition of insanity is to keep doing what you're doing and expect a different result - therefore 'change' is needed. EVN needs some change in their thinking - they have become so full of themselves that they can't believe, or accept, that they have made a cock-up decision with Red Lake and don't have the people to turn it around. Get in some new faces and ideas - many of these guys have been around way past their use by date. Just IMHO
