in addition to the "synergies!!" mentioned in this thread, Phillip Capital and at least one of the major banks presently operate in this building... posters are clearly watching every move... but in all seriousness... i think the location of the tonka truck is more relevent... but nevetheless an indication of a change of direction/image is an office becoming centrally located; esi will be a major player in medium term, need to look the part and be positioned (geographically) accordingly.. and maybe save some some rent??
