For a bunch of people who dont believe there is a case you seem to be more worried about the share price than CHM holders.
For Cranswick is it because you are silly enough to have all of your eggs sitting in the MMX basket as you stated not long ago. Not sure you have heard the one about diversification, diversification, diversification ...
CHM continues to meet its obigations in relation to case while MMX seems to be very quiet recently.
Did not even tell their own shareholders that they have started same action against former director and it was left to CHM to tell market.
Also what happened to the MMX / MIS parity party you were all planning recently. Seems MIS is steaming ahead while MMX is going nowhere.
But of course it would not be from any impact from CHM case would it !
