The CR was a set back for the rank & file investor and an opportunity to partcipate at such a discount should have been offered to all shareholders but considering the stock is ex div with a deeply discounted raising and yesterday it traded as high as 4.12 (i think) you got to admit that it still a pretty impressive performance in this market.
