    In simple terms can someone enlighten us on what a change of control would or could mean, short term and longer term. Overall, is it to be viewed favorably or is it he worst of all outcomes. I would presume that whoever takes control, if it comes to that, would have sufficiently deep pockets to get through the commissioning phase
