Mark O'Keefe would appear to have converted his options to FPO shares. It's a positive move for the company because whether you approved of him being given the options or otherwise he had nothing to gain from converting them before 2013. What he's done here is tipped $300,000 into the coffers now instead of in 3 years time. It's good to see though suggests we needed a little extra cash whilst we wait for coal payments to come in from China.
