As of yesterday, 28/12, our man in India - Gunwant Bhatera has relinquished his directorship of ECT-India and is no longer a signatory for the co. As many know, to open a foreign-owned company in India requires a national or resident to be on the board. IMO this is a crucial step closer to signing the TPA, as Mr Bhatera was merely an administrative pawn in the game and superfluous to the tripartite agreement.
