I heard on the grapevine that, Warren only sold less than 1% of his holding and that the tax man would not wait any longer for a CGT bill.
He is waiting like the rest of us for the contracts, but for a different reason, so he can get his royalties.
Wouldn't suprise me if he buys back alot more than he sold when a few holes get finished.
