Well that isn't really the same I guess I thought it was his private co, but if it's another public co It does carry much no weight.
Probably some kind of prior personal agreement with the note holder to clean up any left over shares after the pump and dump. Note holder is kept happy that way more then happy to participate in the next round. Interesting to see Norris back around the same timing
