Do you know the difference between a Public Listed and
Public Unlisted company as I tried to explain above?

Public listed (such as ESN) can be traded on the ASX and can be bought and sold by anyone (you and I).

Public unlisted (Furneaux) cannot be traded on the ASX. Even though it is a public company you or I cannot buy shares in it unless Kellett wants to sell you some.
