These shares are "Issue of contingent shares in relation to Sale and Purchase Agreements between the Company and MKM Health and Patientrack respectively on 3 July 2018". It is not acquired from market purchase,instead it is part of milestone shares for vendors.
Kate is well deserved for that. I wish every listed company involving mergers and acquisitions could issue such milestone shares and the management could have reached their milestone.
