Yeah right, have watched 85% of my precious capital disappear. Sorry buddy, even at this price, they will never get the equity component to fly, even with a new BoD.

This has been a very tough lesson, but none the less, a lesson. Don't do it again.

I have written this on other forums. A stock needs three things, top line management team and an excellent resource or ground holding, then they need the financial muscle to bring it to fruition. I was provided with this advice by another investor whom I haven't been able to locate since.

This was the case with IGR ( Integra Mining - Chris Cairns and great ground near Kalgoorlie - got bought out by SilverLake ). Now Chris has Stavely Minerals and should have realised he is a gold magnet, SVY have gone from 15 cents to over a $1 with its recent find. There are a few other examples of excellent leadership and novel product/innovation but not the place here to note them.

So, don't kid yourself. Remember the three key things above and you will go a long way.
