but it does look like it has a great chart but for two things,

first it needs to break out of its downward trend,

second it has some very strong ressistances above it
around the $0.16/19 cent area,

so it would need to test its $0.215 cents high before i would even think at buying into it,

the above is just 100% T/A i know nothing about this stock except what it is that i see in the charts,

so trade/invest wisely my friend
