i recon it was management trying to cushion the fall by announcing it on the same day as a possitive ann.
Still, a major holder selling means nothing. Could be he needed to pay something off.
The only time you need to pay attention to insiter transactions (ie. directors interset noticees) is when they are buying. There is after all only one reason they would buy!
