Very encouraging buying support from Directors of DTR

On Wednesday it was reported that the DTR Chairman, Mark Johnson, had acquired an additional indirect interest in DTR through an on-market purchase of 79,135,778 shares at 0.45 cents for a total consideration of $356,111.

Yesterday the DTR Managing Director, Stephen Baghdadi, acquired an additional direct interest in DTR through an on-market purchase of 100,000,000 shares at 0.45 cents for a total consideration of $450,000.

It was also reported on Wednesday that DTR’s principal shareholder, Southern Cross Exploration NL, had sold 233,458,666 shares through an on-market transaction. As of 21 September 2020, the major shareholder in Southern Cross was Clevaman Pty Ltd (Baghdadi Family a/c) with a 24.64% shareholding. Also, Mark Johnson had a 5.57% shareholding. But very clearly, both directors’ involvement in the Southern Cross transaction is greatly outweighed by their share purchases this week.
