Presumably a family member needed moolah for some purpose.

One could regard REH as a privately held company that's publicly listed given one would struggle to think of any circumstance where the in aggregate Wilson family would relinquish control.

However we retail peasants have the opportunity to participate in this '20 year story' as CEO Mr Peter Wilson once described the USA expansion, that so far seems to be going well.
