The Wilson family's three tranches have not sold a single share since listing in 1969.
This needs to be qualified by inserting 'to persons or entities outside the family.'
It's rare with ASX-listed companies to see those words 'intra family transfer'.
Presumably a family member needed moolah for some purpose.
One could regard REH as a privately held company that's publicly listed given one would struggle to think of any circumstance where the in aggregate Wilson family would relinquish control.
However we retail peasants have the opportunity to participate in this '20 year story' as CEO Mr Peter Wilson once described the USA expansion, that so far seems to be going well.
