Geez there's some drama queens around.

Wouldn't have been a disaster at all. Let me see why. Maybe because not every director of a speculative small miner has $272K floating around. Or maybe because he would have already owned almost 10% of the company even if he didnt exercise. Or maybe because he has never sold any shares even when the stock was $2.95.
