So they should be in the process of documenting the early results and making a pre-liminary submission. The only news of that is on the Webcast on their website, they are in the process of doing it now.

However, if they are able to use the early submission to gain FDA pre-liminary or full approval, this may mean they don't have to wait until 2010.

I am all for the WHOLE BOARD taking a salary cut, not just bowtie. I am also for NOT giving the board any increases until dividends are issued, and any performance shares to be given when the sp hits $1.50 or higher.

These are my financial expectation. Lets hope the coming AGM is fruitful, and SH are able to voice their demand and expectation.
