Judge's performance as a Director is lamentable; no it is a disgrace; his removal from the company board can not come soon enough.
I recall reading in Publicly Listed Companies 101 that the Directors were supposed to have the "best interests and viability" of the company as their primary imperatives; the corollary to this quaint maxim was by doing so, the "best interests" of the company's shareholders would then be assured by being represented at board level.
He is a serial offender.
