change of directors interest

Do the directors think we are going to vote yes to give them another 2.5 million shares at the next general meeting.
I will ensure i am voting no. when they produce the goods i will vote in favour.
i hope all share holders reading this vote no when asked if clayton can have another 2.5 million shares. i know he has to pay for threm but he has 5 years to decide if he wants to pay 15 cents for them, make it a doillar so he has to work harder to get the price above a crappy 15 cents within 5 years for the first 1.5 million shares. the company was 20 cents when it started.
