incentives are good but people who have had shares since the company started 4 years ago at 20 cents might not be too impressed so far or with 15 cents. i just think they could be doing more things at the same time, its like they cant do item b or c until a is done. other companies can do a, b c and d all at the same time.
i also believed they had obtained all the native title permission for all our leases now they are waiting for more. im not sure they know what is going on.
hence i would like to see a new pro active board and no more pay rises or incentives til they deserve them.
why should he be given an incentive to get the price to 25 per cent LESS than it was 4 years ago!!!
