re: change of buyers..... Academic studies find there is no or negligble correlation between insider selling and share prices.
There are many reasons to sell - liqudity (pay for an overseas holiday, a new house etc), diversification (don't have all your eggs in one basket idea) as well as poor company prospects. We can't tell which one, though.
