Those who are buying at 21c would excercise options at 20 if they had any. Possibly all the action is coming from option holders excercising?? If you hold options and dont excercise them, then you dont have confidence. One day soon 20c will look really cheap. Anyway the company needs the money, so excercise them options and its a multi benifit thing. Everybody wins.
