If you have a look at the nature of change in Chris Gales directors interest notice statement, it states the following: "Off market transfers to other directors (5,332,000) and others"
This was not an at market transaction. However who ever these "others" are that he sold to, maybe they are the ones who have been selling of late and putting a cap on the share price. I do not know. Its not really bad news, however it isnt good news either. I would rather the directors be putting up their own money to buy some shares on market, instead of shuffling already held shares.
Anyways, I am looking forward to the 10,000th customer announcement and then the revised profit forecast in February. I am quite happy for the share price to consolidate at current levels and even lower until that time.
