And if I could add to my previous post..... while it might be a sign of the confidence or committment that a director has to a company if he has a lot of shares in the company, it is certainly not compulsory. Nor does it immediately follow that unless a director has a lot of shares involved then he has no real stake in making the company flourish.
As I said before I think the Options at stake for Mark are a pretty good incentive for him to get the company going in the right direction.
As for Craig Burton I think he would be seeing far more healthy signs happening with the company than you are prepared to concede.
Give things 3 months and see what is happening by that stage. Then check progress by 6 months. A year from now I think you will have to sing a different tune entirely.
